The evening’s 12-song set highlighted Maxwell’s groove-filled catalogue of hits with several tracks from the Grammy Award-winning, “BLACKsummers’night.” Taking a break from preparing for the sequel to that album, VH1 took Maxwell back in time to play past favorites and celebrate with fans. The highly anticipated new album, “SUMMERS”, will be released soon.

Maxwell’s VH1 Storytellers special premieres on Friday 17th June at 11pm EST.

Off of their upcoming Hard Times EP, which drops June 28th.
