Just when it seemed like things were looking up for the ‘Hot Ni**a’ rapper we get some bad news regarding Shmurda’s attempted bail release. According to Kati Cornell, a spokesperson for the special narcotics prosecutor’s office in NYC “the suretor has withdrawn and that no hearing is currently scheduled.” Kenneth Montgomery, the rapper’s lawyer, said “We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out. We’re hoping to get it down within the next week.”
