Meet Lord Linco, an 18 year old rapper from Richmond, Va. Linco is the creator of the music collective, Divine Council, a group of rappers/producers (Cyrax, $ilkMoney, & ICY TWAT) from the Richmond area as well. With synthy, mellow sounds that remind me of Metro Zu or Lil B, without exactly trying, they just do what they like I find what these guys are doing to be pretty dope.

Lord Linco, the leader released an album this past December called “Dutty” which was his second project, but a completely different style from what his first project was like. The name “Dutty” is a representation of Linco’s style, aesthetic, and music as well, because it’s unrefined, unfiltered. This is Linco is his true form without trying to be anything. His main single off the album was ‘Shorty’ an ambient, metro zu-esque love song. Watch the video for it below. (Produced by ICY TWAT)

Today, Lord Linco released the first single off his upcoming “YARDIE” EP, entitled Night Nurse.
